Important for customers not arriving by plane: Please proceed to Firefly check in booth in terminal car park floor +1. The desk at the car park closes at 21:00. If you have booked a collection after 21:00, please ensure that you contact the local desk prior to your pick up so they can arrange an alternative pick up. When returning the vehicle, there is a grace period of 29 minutes. If you take longer than 29 minutes after your designated return time to drop off the vehicle, you will be charged for an additional day of rental.
